• 15.    Refunds & Cancellations

  In the event that a Student wishes to withdraw their enrolment, they must email the Provider as soon as possible by email to btw@jarednelsontraining.com setting out their reasons for withdrawal. 

  If the Student sends the Withdrawal Email:

  a.    14 days or more before the commencement of the Course – the Provider will refund all Fees paid by the Student; 

  b.    Between 48 hours and 14 days prior to the commencement of the Course – the Provider will retain 25% of course fees and refund the remainder or Fees paid by the Student; 

  c.    Fewer than 48 hours prior to the commencement of the Course (or where the Student does not attend the Course without sending any Withdrawal Email) – the Provider will not refund any portion of Fees paid by the Student.

  Where withdrawal is due to illness, the Provider may in its discretion vary the above position, provided that the Student supplies a valid medical certificate and the Student alerts the Provider to their illness as soon as reasonably practicable after they first become aware of their illness. 

  Where a Student fails to meet the required standards of behaviour set out in clauses 11, 12 or 13 above or otherwise breaches a material term of these Terms and Conditions, the Provider reserves the right to terminate the Student’s enrolment.  In the event of termination, the Provider is not required to refund to that Student any portion of the Fees paid. The Provider will not act as a referee for any Student whose enrolment is terminated under this clause 15.
